Two Rocks is located 61 kilometres or 45 minutes’ drive north of Perth, Western Australia. It is the northernmost suburb of the Perth metropolitan region.

From 1981 to 1990, it was the home of Atlantis Marine Park, and is also the hub of the Yanchep Sun City development.

Although Two Rocks covers a large area, the entire population resides near the coast on either side of the marina. Large sections of the area are fenced off due to unexploded ordnances (UXOs) that remain from previous military activities.

In 1991 a large bushfire destroyed many residences in the community.

Two Rocks is named after two prominent rocks offshore from Wreck Point and the name was approved in 1975.

Close to this relaxed seaside community is the Yanchep National Park, one of the state’s oldest national parks, and is rich in Aboriginal and European cultural heritage. In addition to walking trails, limestone cave, flora and fauna and rowboat hire a museum is located within the park.

Modern day attractions include a shopping complex and a wide range of dining facilities from cafes to ala carte restaurants. Accommodation varies from bed and breakfast to caravan parks.
