Port Kennedy is situated an hour’s drive south of Perth CBD, Western Australia or 15 minutes drive south of Rockingham and is located on Becher Point.

An unusual wetland formation known as the Becher Wetland Suite is located in the area. The wetland is linear in formation rather than circular and is formed parallel to the coastline. Part of the wetland area extends into the Port Kennedy golf course while the remaining wetlands are located within the Port Kennedy Scientific Park.

While in Port Kennedy, you can indulge in your favourite water sports such as swimming, water skiing or fishing in the nearby beaches or estuaries. You can watch dolphins play off the coastal beaches or take a walk through the sand dunes or parks within the vicinity.

There are various types of accommodation to choose from, ranging from beachside villas to caravan parks for budget conscious travelers. Places to dine out, varies from fast food outlets to fine dining restaurants.
