Harrowfield is a quaint 4 Star 3 bedroom Victorian Cottage ideal for either that romantic getaway or a family holiday located close to all the facilities that Ballarat has to offer.

The 1894 house has many of its original features such as high pressed steel and baltic pine ceilings, leadlight windows, bay windows, wood fire etc..

There are also modern facilities incl. kitchen, dishwasher, double spa, central gas heating, gas Bar-B-Q, offstreet lockup parking, free telephone, XP Computer and Broadband access in the study. There are also TV's, VCR, DVD, 1930's radio, 1894 Church Organ etc..

The rear yard is fully fenced and is ideal for young children or pets. Pets are not permitted inside the house by Local Health Department bylaws other than appropriately registered seeing eye dogs or similar.
